Coahoma High School seniors Gage Clark-Burdell, Joe Manning, and Bryson Cline stepped up as leaders for the basketball team this season and helped guide the Bulldogs to their first playoff appearance in a number of years.
Their performance on the court didn’t go unnoticed as all three landed on the first team 5-3A All-District basketball roster.
Three other Bulldog players received nods for their performance this season. Juniors Zack Schneider and Gaige Hill were named to the all-district second team. Senior Brice Martin received an honorable mention. Besides his athletic abilities, Manning was also recognized for his academic skills by making the Academic All-District 5-3A list.
